Twitch Plays Real Life was an experimental interactive livestreaming project where I walked around San Francisco while being "controlled" by the chat room. Inspired by the original lifecasting pioneer and founder of Justin.tv (which eventually became Twitch, which now, ironically, has it's own IRL categories) and named after the later popular Twitch Plays Pokemon, it was a wild and glitchy time. I shut the project down after only three broadcasts due to the huge amount of effort and cost involved, but I may restart it now that the technology is so much easier to manage.
