Connections in my head spark my appendages to move -an innate ability I still marvel over, multiple times a day. I am grateful for the synapses that allow this, and would like to take a moment to thank them.

The fluidity of any movement is a step towards personal ascension. Moving through an environment is supposedly the best way to experience yourself within it; To this I take no stance. If movement is a means of self awareness, what does that mean for stillness? A stagnant pond is soon engulfed by algae, as is a sloth. And even now, as I watch myself in that pond, I can't shake the feeling that that isn't me.
