Veg Biryani Recipe :-

Collect some ingredients :- 
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste, ½ cup coriander leaves, 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
3 tablespoon finely grinded onion, 1.5 cup vegetables chopped, 3 green chillies chopped.
1 tablespoon cumin seeds, table salt, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, 1.5 tablespoon coriander powder, red chili powder (according to taste).
1 cup edible oil, 1 cup of rice 90% cooked.

The main process starts now : - 
Take a pan, put 2 tablespoons of oil and cumin seeds in it. Heat it. After 10 seconds, put grinded onion ginger garlic paste in it and mix it till it gets brown and put veggies in it and fry it half.
Add green chillies, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt then mix it well. After 2 mins add lemon juice in it and cover it for 2 mins.
Take half mixture out. Put half of the rice over the veggies and mix it, repeat the same process again and leave it to cook over low heat for 8 to 10 mins.
Open it, mix it properly, and biryani is ready. 
Serve it hot with coriander leaf garnishing over it.
