These are non scale illustrations to express/explain proposed work that a construction contractor would like to do for a potential client. 

 

This work was done because the contractor wanted to make sure that the client fully understood the conceptual ideas and the full scope of work that the contractor felt necesary to fulfill the needs of the client. 

 

I did the design, illustration and layout for each page of the pdf catalog that the contractor sent to his potential client. My services where also used in the developing of the steel structural supports featured in the illustration. I worked with another gentleman to develope the design, material and finishing applications.
