The concept of (Living building) means that the building interacts with the surrounding environment as the building harvests wind power through wind turbines at the top. -The “Sky Forest” will be planted with a variety of local flora and water features, offering panoramic views of the city to  the public. - a recreational state-of-the-art consists of three floors of gallery space in the tower’s base and Museum of Modern Art as part of its recreational and touristic base.
