This is a project of a small sauna house made by ArchiCAD. This  3D model of a house with furniture, decor, and even electrics allows the client to see his project as a real model right on his phone or tablet. The client sees both the exterior of the house and the interior of the house. He can walk through the rooms, as well as look at the 3D section and see the internal structures of the structure. BIM design opens the door to a world of new possibilities between the architect and the client.
