Web app for Palladium Hotel Group
Web app for Palladium Hotel Group's TRS Hotels I had the luck to work on as my first UX project from 2017-2020 in my time there as a full-time employee. While I did most the UX research, wireframes, HiFi wireframes and content management, coding was done by the wonderful people in Glowicom Developers all the way in the Dominican Republic.
I started this project by carrying out an in-depth guest journey research within PHG's resorts in order to provide solutions to real communication and usability issues. Once finished, I had several challenges ahead of me. One was to come up with an interface that solved the issues found in my research. Another was to take TRS Hotels very stylish and minimalistic branding and create an entire web app packed with content that retained the look-and-feel of the brand while having lots of information. The last and hardest challenge was to come up with an interface that was easy to use for very different customer personas, ages and origins.
