Kajang Art Centre - an art centre for the local community in a displaced town, Kajang, to revitalise the previously vibrant town.

Transformed into a transient town, the social segregation in Kajang has become more evident. This Art Centre aims to reconcile three user groups (elderly, working adults, and students); the lost traditional and contemporary activities covertly by prolonging interaction to a regular basis. In general, the aims of the art centre are achieved through knowledge sharing by creating a learning experience tied closely to the past essence of Kajang ; communal and slow-paced.
