This job is not much work, the agency already has a sketch of the entire painting, but they need someone to carefully describe the main characters and paint them relatively well. These characters will then be merged into the BG (drawn by another artist). I just did a little bit of work. The job requirement is to redraw the main character so that it looks expressive, and color and describe the brand's shoes a little more carefully.
Finally, the agency will post-process the colors and edit their own changes to produce the final product according to the client's wishes.
