Concept: Find the connection between water and the major material, concrete.
There are several ways to integrate the river into the city:
bring the concrete into the water or let the water come in.
bring the concrete into the water or let the water come in.
In my concept, I lower a steel frame cube into the bank.
A platform in the cube is responding to the movements of the river.
